Different businesses. Shared operating capabilities.
The businesses serve different markets, but share many of the same systems, processes and operating capabilities.

The layers build on each other: understand the process, put the right systems around it, then automate where it is useful.
L1
Running the business
Business Operations
How work arrives, who owns it, what happens next, and how progress is tracked. We start with the process before deciding what the system should do.
Finance and Administration
Accounting operations, billing, recurring obligations and compliance calendars. These are part of the day-to-day operations across the businesses we run.
L2
Running the systems
Digital Infrastructure
Hosting, cloud systems, deployment and the applications the businesses depend on. We run infrastructure ourselves where it gives us useful flexibility or control.
Systems Integration
Connecting software, APIs and information so data can move between systems without repeated manual entry. Where existing tools already work, integration can be simpler than replacement.

Removing the repetition
Automation
Once a process is clear and repeatable, we automate the parts that do not need manual handling. The process comes first; automation follows.
Applied AI
Used selectively inside real workflows, including research, knowledge retrieval, drafting, analysis and operational support. It is one component within a broader system rather than a standalone strategy.
Other work
Most of this work starts inside our own businesses.
From time to time, we also work with other organisations where that experience is relevant.
